• বিক্রেতারা তাদের তালিকাভুক্ত পণ্যের (ট্রাভেল সার্ভিস) তথ্যের যথার্থতার জন্য দায়ী।
• ক্রেতারা ক্রয় করার আগে পণ্যের বিবরণ ও শর্তাবলী পড়ে নেবেন।
• Tour Lagbe তালিকাভুক্ত পণ্যের (ট্রাভেল সার্ভিস) গুণগত মান, নিরাপত্তা বা বৈধতার সর্বাত্মক প্রচেষ্টা করে (অসঙ্গতি লক্ষ করলে আমাদের সাপোর্ট টিম কে জানান) ।

৫. পেমেন্ট ও লেনদেন

• Tour Lagbe-এ সকল পেমেন্ট সরাসরি অফিস, আমাদের অনুমোদিত মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং নম্বর , অফিসিয়াল ব্যাংক একাউন্ট ও  আমাদের পেমেন্ট পার্টনারদের মাধ্যমে নিরাপদে সম্পন্ন হয়।
• ব্যবহারকারীরা সঠিক পেমেন্ট তথ্য প্রদানের জন্য দায়ী।
• Tour Lagbe যে কোনো লেনদেন বাতিল বা প্রত্যাখ্যান করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
